    Arrow Copying an Account from another server - failures

    When attempting to move an account between 2 servers, both on cPanel 11.25.0-C40255 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9

    Here is the error shown in whm:

    Code:

    Attempting to copy jps from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    Copying pkgacct.static script......Done
    Copying unpkgacct script......Done
    Packaging the account: (/scripts/pkgacct jps "" --split compressed --mysql 5.0)... Done
    40.88 GB free, need 0 Bytes
    Warning: file location not sent.. guessing.. this may not work ....
    Using the single archive method (/home/cpmove-jps.tar.gz)!
    Copy Destination: /home
    Transfer Error
    The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server.
    
    Removing Copied Archive on remote server.... Done
    also getting: " Connecting to Remote Server Failed: Unable to connect to xxx.xxx.xx.xx:22: Bad file descriptor. " errors as well, ssh ports are set in tcp_out in both firewalls..

    anyone have any ideas?

    Does the source server use a custom SSH port, different than the default port of 22?

    Does it work when the firewall is temporarily disabled on both the source server and the destination server?
