Default Copying Dns Zones (internal error) Unable to get the zone

    Hello,

i transfered accounts from old cpanel server to new one but i got this error message:

    Code:
    Packaging the account...

        pkgacct started.
        pkgacct version 7.0 - archive version: 2 - running with uid 0
        using time::hires for speedups
We will be splitting the archive!!
        Copying Reseller Config...Done
        Copying Suspension Info (if needed)...Done
Copying SSL Certificates, CSRS, and Keys...Done
        Copying Counter Data....Done
        Copying Bandwidth Data.......domain.com...Done
Copying Dns Zones....(internal error) Unable to get the zone domain.com,www.domain.com from the remote server [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] (Connection Timed Out)
        ...............
        Copying Mail files....Done
        Copying frontpage files....Done
        Copying proftpd file....Done
        Copying www logs.............
i have a firewall on the new server, which if i turn it off, it works fine (no error message), so i guess there is something wrong with my rules. problem is i already open port 53 for incoming and outgoing TCP & UDP but the problem still exist.

i'm using DNS clustering, is there any other port should be opened?

    thanks

probabley find out whats getting blocked by checking your firewall logs for dropped packets between your source and target servers

Sounds like your firewall is blocking access to other members of the cluster.
