Hi I am with a host and use a master reseller account and am abel to add new resellers and whm accounts.
Now the other day I got a sale to add a whm account and when I try to add the account I cant. I would get errors like" your sub reseller you cant add reseelrs with 10% disk space " evn though the account is unlimited.

If I add an account and try to upgrade the account i get the error" you have reached the limit of sub resellers" again the account is unlimited.

I emailed the host and the answer I got was

Hello,

This is a known bug with the WHM Reseller script and we are waiting for the script developers to fix it.

he is using WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.16.0-R18546
CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

So all I need to know is the host full of c**p or is this a real bug like they say.
