Hello. i have E 6550 dedicated with 2gb ram. OS is Fedora 6. i use my-huge.cnf for mysql and mysql version is 5.0.27 . i have use mytop for mysql. While i using my-huge.conf i see memory used very high. Could you write me an ideal my.cnf for my dedicated.

my.cnf needed for one server will not the same with my.cnf for another server. it depend on how the server install and hardware that installed on the server.

gupi is right, if you install tool from www.day32.com/MySQL, the tool will give you some information about what you must change on your my.cnf
