Nessus gives Counter.cgi as vulnerable, but the report says that the versión is not checked. So I wonder if Count.cgi is secure. I have this doubt because I suposse that if it's not secure CPanel would remove this script from the box.

I can't post it because it's compiled. The script is included in CPanel box.

Do you mean Count.cgi? If so, Nessus is probably referring to a vulnerability in some count.cgi application from years ago. Don't the checks have information on what they check for as well as general vulnerability information for each check?
