Couple of quick questions
How do you disable telnet?
How do you disable anonymous FTP?
How do you block an IP range with IPtables? I'm using APF firewall if this affects how it can be done (perhaps through the firewall?)

Self-answers:
1) Block the port? (23, right?)
2) Does cpanel have an option for it?
3) Use the .htaccess file and then use a line such as: deny from 203. and it will block 203.xxx.xxx.xxx automatically?
