cpaddon scripts issue

Updating vendor config...
Url "http://*****.com/cpaddons/cpskins.pl" did not work or was otherwise invalid.

Anyone having problems in WHM > cpaddon scripts > Add/Remove Vendors giving error like the one above?

I get the same error from several servers, they are licensed and the developer cpskins says it is working on their end.

Is anyone able to duplicate this at all? I cannot imagine that the 5 serers (same config) I tested with are the cause. I tried release and current modes
