cpaddons bug

when a cpaddon vendor is removed all clients with software installed via that vendor get emailed every day that their installs need updating. The install cannot be updated and there is no reason to uninstall it.

The setting under tweak settings to stop upgrade emails sent to cpaddons clients does not work in this situation. Can cpanel fix this please as it's VERY annoying.
