We released the calls into EDGE in April:

Added new XML-API calls: getzonerecord,addzonerecord,editzonerecord,suspendreseller,setresellerips,setresllermainip,setresellerpackagelimit,setresellerlimits


You're welcome to test with them. They should be pushed into the next set of current, release, and stable builds pending testing.

Its awesome that we have the calls!
But without some docs (param etc) we can't use them
