Afer completion i logout and then login again and i found that when i click on Update Preferences in WHM> Main >> Server Configuration>>Update Preferences.. I am getting this error "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]plugin error - CPMisc: plugin not found"

This just happened today... so give the cPanel team a little time to address the issue before downgrading or whatever...

tried upcp using force, did not correct. Doing this on both servers with the upgrade to WHM 11.28.42.

I opened a ticket with cPanel and they replied:

    Hello,

A colleague (Robin) and I reproduced the issue on a test server, created an internal report, and found a work around.

While this should be automatically fixed in a future release, I can't say exactly when that will occur. In the meantime, you can remove the line "[% USE CPMisc -%]" from the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/templates/updateconf.tmpl. It should be the second line in the file. The internal case number, which will show up in the change log at cPanel & WHM Change Logs is 44846.

Than you for your understanding and patience while we work on this issue. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Editing /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/templates/updateconf.tmpl works great.
