There are no problems with Cpanel on 64-bit. I am running this 2 years without any problems.
I have 64bit centos running cpanel with no problems.
Anyone know when cPanel 12 will be released?
64bit is 100% supported at this time.
There is no release date set for cPanel 12 at this time.
