Cpanel 6.2.0. edge,release,stable,edge,edge...

I'am looking in layer 2 versions of Cpanel 6.2.0. and I don't understand this .

How can be 6.2.0. STABLE at version 43 and then we have 44-47 EDGE, and then again 49 is STABLE.
How can this be stable if there is Edge following. this means that something was wrong before if edge following , right ?

please , can someone explain me this

Maybe 44-47 had new features being added that were not in 43 and these new features, however minor were not declared stable until 49. Furthermore, most stable versions have some bugs. There is not such thing as bug free software. So maybe 44-47 was implementing bug fixes that were not declared stable. If you go to the layer1 downloads page, at the bottom of the page, you will find a changelog that will help you to see what changes are being made.
