Cpanel

I recently installed Cpanel on a new VPS, i own the dedicated server as well.

Anyway in top every so ofthen the Cpanel Httpd will appear (cpsrvd-ssl), it starts using large amount of CPU normal two proccess of 50% each.

I have to issue the command service cpanel restart, however it then starts again a little while later.

Does anyone have any ideas?
