cpanel admin login

When trying to login to my customers cpanel area from the whm I receive the login screen asking me for the username and password. How do I get around this or fix this problem?

I am looking for a soltuion as to why after I have logged into WHM I am not able to login to my customers cpanel using the xfercpanel link found on the list accounts page. Please let me know if anyone has had this problem and found a solution or if you know the solution.

Check in "Tweak settings" under "System" for the option:
"Disable login with root or reseller password into the users' cPanel interface. Also disable switch account dropdown in themes with switch account feature."

If it is checked, this would require the user login.

what version you are running, have you ever tried updating cpanel and trying again.
