cpanel apache

How do I add cpane host apache module, I lack mod_status module. Host has been running in production environment.

At this time, we do not natively support mod_status. However, you can add support by creating a Custom OptMod for EasyApache. We had a presentation on how to do this at our 2008 cPanel Conference. You can view the slides to this presentation at:

If you want to install cpanel apache module mod_status installed the How do I add it? Can you give me a reference to write it? I have read that document or not

You will need to write some Perl code as mentioned in those presentation slides. I recommend viewing the presentation slides so you understand what you need to do.

We do have sample modules posted to EasyApache - cPanel Inc. but it would be difficult to understand how to properly build a Custom OptMod without viewing the presentation's slides.

I will not write the script to add to the mod_status module in httpd.conf? I see you can write it?

You are welcome to submit a feature request for this functionality at: cPanel Bugzilla Main Page - however we will not have any ETAs on if and when such functionality may become added to EasyApache.

Alternatively, feel welcome to hire someone in the Jobs section of these forums to build this for you.

I let mod_status modules loaded in apache, how do I, I manually add the module can not be apache identification, but also can not start apache. the mod_status module in modules directory did not. httpd.conf also has not been loaded into.
