Default CPanel/Apache Page on a new account.

I created a reseller from an existing web user and gave him his own IP address. I have almost essential have everything working, but one thing... you go to his website, www.tightservers.com you get that pretty blue page.

How do I prevent this from going on? I need it to go to his public_html page. Thanks in an advance!

Probably there is an IP mismatch between the DNS and httpd.conf .
Make sure both of the above for the particular domain is configured on the same IP
