CPANEL Apache server is not working.....

There are 2 sites hosted by apache and both are displaying the same behavior. when navigating to the site in IE it says index of / and parent directory with one dir which is cgi-bin which cannot be accessed.... Site is not there...
Only thing that has changed is the DNS server has a new IP and the IP of the A records has been migrated to the new IP.
Switching the A record back to the old IP does not fix the problem and I think that it is not related to the IP migration.

Already tried to restart apache and that didn’t fis the problem

P.S. the server still has the old ip attached and will anwser ping on both ips...

Apache does not like the domain IP to be different than the A record.

All 50 domain on the cpanel server have the old IP listed as the domain IP and the A record is pointed to our windows IIS server for 48 of them. No problem for the domains that have IIS running the actual site, but apache freaked out when the A record was changed to the new ip without updateing the listing for domain IP with the site migration tool.
