Cpanel-backup-full backup to home dir

Hi,

I've got a problem...

I can make a backup using
cpanel->backup->Full Backups->Generate/Download a Full Backup->home directory

it generates the backup
its visible in file manager
and is also there in SSH login
its owned by that user... and cmoded 700
thats all well and good....
now comes the problem
it can't be seen from a ftp login so the user can't d/load it

if anyone knows whats going on please tell me how to fix this...

the files chown and chmods all look the same as the other files in the users dir's... why oh why can't we see them in ftp

using cPanel Build 10.0.0-CURRENT 148 with cpanelxp2004 skin

Hi,

I just spoke to the the guys at cplanxp2004 ... they say that its a cpanel issue as they don't do anything with the backup functions..

I really need help with this...

why can't we see the backupfile thats there when we login using a ftp client

my clients are getting very upset cause they can't d/load their backups
