Cpanel Backup Restore

Is there anyway that I can restore a home directory backup and not delete some files that are already on the server?

The problem is the following: I have a videos folder on my host that I want to keep, and a backup of a joomla site. Is there anyway that I can restore the home directory backup and not delete the videos folder?

The problem is that, I think, the CPanel backup restore overwrites and deletes all folders.

Maybe there is some folder where I can put my files so that they aren't deleted?

backup videos ; joomla folder and all current databases to your local pc, restore the back, then copy back the files to the server and adjust path in joomla config file, if necessary.
