    Default cpanel blank page

    when ive tried to login at user cpanel ive seen only blank page ..../frontend/x3/index.html.. i think WHM is working fine.. after creating user accounts.. ive tried to login but only blank page.. ive already changed theme x - x3 not working at also x theme.. i have no idea about this..

    Sometimes running /scripts/upcp --force will resolve issues like this.

    Make sure the max cpanel memory usage in tweak settings in now below 128.

    cpanel memory usage in tweak settings is 128. And ... /scripts/upcp --force not working also.. same problem.. blank page.

    I recommend anyone experiencing this issue submit a ticket. Tickets allow us to track trends in issues our customers may be experiencing and as such can assist our developers in isolating bugs (if they exist) and issue an appropriate fix for the issue.

    Any fix for this yet? We actually are experiencing the same thing on one servers. The datacenter where we get our licenses through has raised a ticket to cPanel regarding it so we're just waiting for a response to trickle down. Was just hoping there might be some other suggestions that we could try while we wait.

    yes, the problem was generated by email accounts : the newly created hosting accounts were set to catch all all unrouted emails- BAD idea!you have :fail: emails.

    On this machine we actually did have :fail: set for most of the catch-alls. Any other suggestions?
