Thread: cPanel cannot start and Error TailWatch

    Default cPanel cannot start and Error TailWatch

    Code:
    root@hosting.e-padi.com [~]# service cpanel status
cpsrvd dead but pid file exists
entropychat is stopped
melange is stopped
stunnel is stopped
interchange is stopped
qrunner is stopped
=========
    When I am start cpanel service, its show me message error and here is the logs:

    I see "cpsrvd dead but pid file exists" but it is not clear what other difficulty you are experiencing. The log information provided is nearly a year old (from September of 2009) and unless your server's date is set incorrectly the log detail does not appear useful.

    Please provide the exact output that you see when restarting cPanel.

    To restart cPanel, please use the following command:
