Default Cpanel changing file permission to 000 on its own??

    Have a problem,

Over the last month I've seen three seperate accounts where suddenly Cpanel seems to have changed file permissions on .cgi and .php files to 000 (all by itself).

Is there a state in which Cpanel would do this automatically?

Is there any way to tweak this?

    Why is this happening?

    thanks, Will

    Default

I've never seen that happen or know of any part of cPanel that would do it. Are you sure you don't have nay third-party apps/scripts that might be doing it?
