Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info.

I set up a new account and added a domain to it - and it created all the required entries - Web, Mail, DNS etc.

I then accidentally deleted the DNS zone for that domain from the WHM DNS Zone editor.

Now of course we get the foll msg in Cpanel :
"Sorry, your Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info. "

I tried to delete the account and recreate it with the same domain name - but Account Terminate fails with the error "Inavalid Domain" and does not complete.

I even tried adding the Zone back manually with the DNS Zone editor and then trying to delete the account but same problem.

All I want to do is delete the account and recreate it with the domain -
But I am not able to do this.
Any help would be appreciated.

I see same problems with all new additions.
The account cpanel shows:

Sorry, your Cpanel Config file is missing your dns info. / 0

No shared IP is shown
No Mail Account creation possible

Is this a BUG?
I am on Latest CURRENT

In addition when i restart cpanel, ssl services start FAIL.
The error)log gets truncated at that instant and so there's nothing in logs

Clueless.
Any suggetions

I know its old but in case anyone else has this problem look in /var/cpanel/users and make sure you have:

DNS=domain.com

and it should cure that...
