Cpanel Cron doesnt commit changes. Urgent help needed

As referred to the topic, I am experiencing difficulties saving the cron that I had made in cpanel.

After I have inserted the cron line into the text field and click on the commit change button. cpanel will tell me that the changes had been made but when I return to the cron page there is nothing in it. I had also taken a look in the /var/spool/cron/ directory, but the cron file with my user does not exist in that directory.

I am sure that there isnt anything wrong with my cron line as it is able to work on every other server. This is the frist time I encounter this issue. Hope that someone would be able to help me in figuring out this problem.

Check your Cpanel log, and provide it.
