Cpanel cron user fail

From few day's I have the very peculiar problem:
When I set up the cron job, for user in his cpanel, I got the following error in cron log:

(...)  (halinex) AUTH (crontab command not allowed)

And nothing has been seen in the user CronTab window, any messages.
Every think looks OK, but it isn't. There is no initiation in the crontab window.
What can it be

Check to see if you have a file called /etc/cron.deny

All files: hosts.allow and hosts.deny are blank.

Not hosts.deny - see if you have a cron.deny or cron.allow file.

No I dont. But I've much more servers witch the same configuration, and on those machines, cron works fine (and there is no cron.allow or cron.deny files).
So I suppose that could be sth elese.

What is interesting:
The message repat 3 times, when I tried to add the job:

Jul 24 14:28:05 s76 /usr/bin/crontab[13251]: (halinex) AUTH (crontab command not allowed)
Jul 24 14:28:08 s76 /usr/bin/crontab[13318]: (halinex) AUTH (crontab command not allowed)
Jul 24 14:28:09 s76 /usr/bin/crontab[13324]: (halinex) AUTH (crontab command not allowed)


And the system (shell) cron works fine;

At last the problem has been solved. There was 2 thinks, that block accesing user to cron implementing :

1) Wrong registry in cron and .acces files
2) No suid on crontab script.

I have another problem, with the cron app, and the solve was also SUID-bit on the crontab executable file.
Is it any byway , not-to use the suid bits.? AFAIK It's a big security hole [;

Looks like crontab should have the suid bit set anyway:

-rwsr-xr-x    1 root     root        64662 Apr 19 22:21 /usr/bin/crontab*
