cpanel disk quota 0 mb

i am using vps with CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 & whm 11.15 ram, i seen all of my domain having disk quota 0 mb with bandwidth quota "unlimited" i run the /scripts/fixquota /scripts/fixeverything but no any result, even when i run the fixquota command i got following thing

edquota: Can't initialize quota on /dev/simfs: No such process No filesystems with quota detected.

due to this my domain clients are not able to access mails

can anyone help me

You need to talk to your VPS provider as they need to enable quota on your system.
