Default cpanel disk quota different than actual disk usage

OK cpanel is reporting 131 megs of disk usage on one account. Quota for the account is set at 80. If i du -h the directory the total is 51 megs. Around 25 other account on the server have the same issue. I have tried /scripts/fixquotas but it did not do anuthing to resolve the issue. Hard drive is ext3. Thanks for any and all help. I am clueless.

    Default

just a little update. It is every user on the server. I devided all of the values that cpanel reports against the actual values and there is no common multiplier.
