cPanel dns-only

What are the minimum requirements for cPanel dns-only?
I didn't find that on cPanel space, I think they have only requirements for normal cPanel and cPanel vps-optimized, but what about this dns-only version.

I was thinking will it run on a vps with: 5GB disk space and 128MB burstable memory?

Any recommendations for cheap virtual server providers?

It really depends on how much activity you will have. If it's going to be your primary nameserver and you will have tons of zones on it with multiple servers connected to it, then it should have plenty of resources because if it goes down then your sites will be down.

I would suggest following the basic requirements for the regular server just to play it safe.
