CPanel dns only: connection refused.

Hi,

I have installed CPanel DNS only. It was working fine. Suddenly it stopped.
I get connection refused error.

Also the admin panel http://ip_address:2086 is not opening. When I tried this with telnet (telnet ip_address 2086), I get connection refused error.

Plz. help.

Please make sure that the port address 2086 is not blocked in your server firewall or by your ISP.
