CPanel DNS Only install Failing

I cannot get CPanel DNS Only to install.

I am on a VPS,
I can install OK the normal CPANEL

I installed using the following

cd /tmp
yum update
yum install perl
wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/cpanel-dnsonly-install.sea
./cpanel-dnsonly-install.sea

However the CPanel DNS Only fails with the following errors

I am using the centos-5-x64 image provided by crucial.com.au

I also noticed that both architecture perl packages are installed
perl.i386 4:5.8.8-27.el5
perl.x86_64 4:5.8.8-27.el5

Can this be part of the problem?

Any ideas to get this working
