    Default CPanel DNS Problem.

I don't know if this is the right place to put my problem.

I have cPanel installed on a computer, well... I've set the nameservers on a domain to work with my cPanel. The domain is working correctly, I can access the website and everything else. But some people in some countries as Costa Rica or Uruguay on South America can not acces the web site http://antares-ro.com/ but they can access the website with this address http://64.56.64.12/~antares/

If someone could help I would be very grateful.

Can you ask these users having problems what DNS servers they are using? It is possible the ISP's name servers in those countries are not resolving correctly. You may also ask them to change their resolvers to '4.2.2.2' and see if they can reach you then, for testing/confirmation.

If you can get that info post the name servers/IPs they are using for resolving/DNS and we can possibly test them. (It's possible that they won't allow recursion for hosts outside of their respective countries)

    Thanks!

Did you recently add the domain ? As it could be propagation that`s causing this.

This is also commonly an issue with dns syntax. Do a dns test at a place like dnsreport to make sure it passes all the tests.
