Exclamation Cpanel DNS server IP migration not working

I am trying to migtare the DNS server IP. I added the IP to the system and cpanel shows that there is an available ip. I added a second IP to the DNS server settings in Main >> Networking Setup >> Nameserver IPs.

I then updated the DNS A record for the subdomain NS1.bitwiselogic.com to the new IP. I waited for sync but it never changed. When pinging NS1.bitwiselogic.com from the cpanel server it shows the new ip. when pinging from outside the system it shows the old IP. What is wrong here? Why isn't the A record for the sub domain syncing out to the world?

Hello,

It seems you are not updating the A record on the right place. If bitwiselogic.com its your domain, then you need to do this at the domain registrar.

Thumbs up Fixed!

The setting for ns1.bitwiselogic.com at the registrar needed to be updated.
