    Default Cpanel + DomainKeys issue

    Hi

We use domainkey on many server

Now, we have setting on new server 1 account and enable in cpanel the domainkeys/spf

The problem is that emails header of this account is sent WITHOUT domainkey sign

    This may be added automatically

    Dns seems setting fine

    :/ ??

Let me add our situation. We do have domainkeys and SPF enabled in cPanel for all our domains, and appropriate code is in the DNS zones in WHM.

However, the headers of the messages we send (and I've tested) do not display the domainkeys identifiers.

    Am I missing something.

    Peace,
    Gene

    To webstyler & GeneSteinberg,

What is your full cPanel/WHM version number with build ID?

What version of Exim is installed? On RPM-based Linux (CentOS/RHEL) this may be obtained using the following command via root SSH access:
    Code:
    # rpm -q exim
What OS and version is on your server? You may be able to find this using the following commands via root SSH access:
    Code:
    # cat /etc/*release
    # uname -a
You may wish to omit the server hostname for privacy, or submit a ticket for more thorough and in-depth investigation.

Doesn't matter. I used the disable, restart, enable routine and it seems to have "taken."

    Peace,

It can be very difficult to compare systems under unique configurations due to the number of variables involved.

If you can allow us access to both systems, one server where the headers are added, and one server where the headers are not added, that would help to narrow the investigation and diagnosis; please consider submitting a ticket so that we can take a closer look at the issue behind the symptoms on both systems. Please PM me the ticket number if possible as I would like to follow up with this internally; if needed you may use the link in my forums signature to initiate the new ticket.
