Does anyone know why the error logs on the individual cPanel Error Log page would suddenly vanish for one account?

Also, we could find plenty of error log entries using the vsite user ID to grep /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log but none were recorded using the vsite domain name. So this begs a further quesiton. Does the individual vsite cPanel Error Logs link pull up errors that are recorded under the account user ID, or domain name? Or both?

Are their any configs we could adjust to include both?
