cPanel error on MySQL create DB

My cPanel cannot create new databases.

See the error:

I've tried to upcp from Release tree...
I've tried to reinstall DBI...

[root@server ~]# /scripts/perlinstaller --force DBI

But is just the same.
Can't create any MySQL Database from cPanel.

Can't find anything about that DBIc_TRACE_LEVEL, so lets ask to forum

Thanks Infopro.

The server was running Perl 5.8.5. Updating Perl to 5.8.8. YAML::Syck and File::Copy::Recursive solved the problem.
