Unhappy Cpanel File Manager (viewing files trouble

    Hi Guys,
I wondering if i can get some advice with viewing the files that are in my cpanel.

When i go into my cpanel and go into file manager i cant see all the files that are actually uploaded in public_html.
But when i go via ws_ftp i see all the files.

And i cant delete these files unless i delete every folder?

I recently moved servers and I am wanting to delete some old files and an old forum.

I've spoken to my host and she can see everything in my cpanel including the old forum.

origionally we thought this was a cache problem but i've recently formatted and the problem still occurs???

Thanks for any help it's SO appreciatted.

    Cool

If I knew how to fix it, I'd help ya. But I'm new to Cpanel, sooooo... I'm what you would classify as a Cpanel n00b.

The Cpanel file manager is pretty weak in its features. Since it is a 3rd party app there is little support for it too.

Make sure the files are owned by the right account.
