cpanel frontend won't load

Is anyone else having problem loading cpanel's front end?
It's suddenly happened to all my servers, timing out. WHM is fine though

Please make sure that port address 2082 or 2083 is not blocked in your server firewall.

I even tried connecting from a different ISP, but it didn't work. later my friend logged from his ISP and after that I was able to log in too. Strange, but it all started working again.
