Hi folks,

Ive just created a backup of my site in cPanel and I can see the file sitting there when I use cPanel's file manager but it isnt showing up in my FTP program and when using cP's fileman and I try to download the file it pops up an internet explorer error box.

I also cant change the file permission on it via fileman, it stays stuck as 600

Any ideas on this one fellas?
