I'm a reseller with full WHM privileges. Our Web Host changed the DNS for all our domains after countless off line woes (web sites crashing). They assured us, that all web sites would be operating as usual after DNS propagation was completed. Propagation for all domains were finished 8 days ago. To date, 45% of our domains are still down. An SOS was sent to our Web Host. No response. In an attempt to solve our woes, I checked for possible solutions in WHM and each domain Cpanel. The most likely problem/solution was found in Cpanel, under " General Service Information." The Service Status report shows red light on - failed. Question: 1. How do I fix this error?
