Default Cpanel instruct client to use "forgot.to.change.im.an.idiot" mailserver

After a customer creates an email account, Cpanel displays the following configuration info:
    Manual Settings
    Mail Server Username: name+domain.com
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com
    Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) forgot.to.change.im.an.idiot
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com (server requires authentication) port 25
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) forgot.to.change.im.an.idiot (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
How can I fix this so it displays the correct setting?

I believe you need to change or update the SSL certificates for the mail server. This is done in WHM >> Service Configuration >> Manage Service SSL Certificates.
