Cpanel License for Virtuozzo VPS?

Is there any difference in the cpanel installed for a VPS? I see there is a discounted price on cpanel licenses for a virtual private server. I'm just wondering if there was a different setup as well. I don't think there would be but I figured I would check as we are testing out virtuozzo with cpanel for a possible Virtual Private Server product.

It's the same product no matter the OS or whether it's a VPS or real server, they provide favourable licensing for VPS systems to cater for the virtual server concept.
