cPanel login failure on transferred accounts

Hello,

I've got two servers running cPanel.
I copied a number of accounts from one server to the other this weekend but none of the accounts can login on cPanel.

Anybody knows what could be the problem?
The domain's nameservers are set correctly (pointing to the right server).

p.s. I do get access using the accounts username and root password, but that's not an option for me to give out to my users as you can understand.

p.s.2 I also changed the user passwords using WHM to it's original password, that also wouldn't let me login to cPanel, changing to another password fails as well.

If you are still experiencing this issue, I would recommend submitting a support ticket.

This problem is solved.
It seemed that a number of accounts were transferred while in suspended-mode.
The accounts have been unsuspended and everything is ok now.
