To make an assumption that it's your host or it's your network is precisely just that -- An assumption --- and nothing more and neither side wants to take blame for the issue.
To throw another wrench in the equation, it very well could be your own computer system as well that is also doing that! Didn't realize that, ey?
Incidentally, the fact that you said that this is happening on "2 Hosts" makes me very strongly suspect that it has nothing to do with the hosts and is more likely something to do more with the other possible causes including your own computer, the network where you are at, or even possibly something out on the open internet between you and your hosts but that is yet to be determined. While possibly your hosts, I am really not inclined to think they are the real issue at this particular point.
If you want an actual real answer to all of that and not rely on speculations or everyone pointing fingers at one another, do let me know as there is very good chance I get to the real bottom of the matter quickly and help you find out what is really going on there.
