Cpanel login issue

I'm currently experiencing a problem with staying logged into cpanel with 2 different webhosts. I have boon told by one of then to post on this forum, since it quite rare.

I'm a student on a school network that has 2 different IP address, and what happens is that every now and then, my IP address will change (Public IP). All is well and good, but when webhosts start updating their system to the latest version, I'm starting to get logged out without warning.

Now I done the right thing, and spoke to IT here at school, and they say to talk to the webhost since it their issue. I speak to the webhost, and they tell me to speak to IT at school.

One of the webhost has a forum, and that has loads of threads and post about the matter (all started by me) and so far, I'm getting no where.

Could someone from support please get in contact with me?

No, the issue is with your webhosting provider service. You will have to contact them regarding your issue as you told that when they upate the cPanel you did not receive the warning message and you automatically get logout.

So how can I stay logged in in the older version, and an upgrade get me logged out without warning? Because I get logged out when my IP address change. That never happend in the older version.

Please be aware that this behavior (log out) is happening on 2 completely different webhosts, one is paid, and the other is free.

What you read came from my paid host. On the free host, there a forum where I complain many times about the issue and it look that NO ONE is reading my posts IN FULL.

I REPEAT, this logout business is happening on 2 DIFFERENT WEBHOST.

ALSO, the previous version of Cpanel work JUST FINE.

You got two conflicting pieces of information here and the truth be known that it could be the hosting provider or it could be your school's network where you are at ---- either or both of these is certainly possible.

To make an assumption that it's your host or it's your network is precisely just that -- An assumption --- and nothing more and neither side wants to take blame for the issue.

To throw another wrench in the equation, it very well could be your own computer system as well that is also doing that! Didn't realize that, ey?

Incidentally, the fact that you said that this is happening on "2 Hosts" makes me very strongly suspect that it has nothing to do with the hosts and is more likely something to do more with the other possible causes including your own computer, the network where you are at, or even possibly something out on the open internet between you and your hosts but that is yet to be determined. While possibly your hosts, I am really not inclined to think they are the real issue at this particular point.

If you want an actual real answer to all of that and not rely on speculations or everyone pointing fingers at one another, do let me know as there is very good chance I get to the real bottom of the matter quickly and help you find out what is really going on there.
