Cpanel login problem

Hi people. My customers are having problems logging in on port 2082

they all get this error;

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

yet, my file systems arent even 8% full.

I can login as root on port 2086 fine, so can resellers.

Anyone know of a way to fix this?

Sounds strange, can you do df -h from SSH and paste the results as it will shed some light.
