cPanel not installing properly today!

I've done approximately 1200 cPanel installs to date, with the same script, but today for some reason almost all the installs are failing, the odd thing I notice, is that once it gets to
'Cpanel Auto Update Commencing' and goes to the part where it begins rsyncing, ( Which usually takes a bit of time ), it flies through in about 2 seconds. So it doesnt seem like it's actually performing the rsync, and low and behold, cPanel isnt installed at the end.

Anyone have any ideas? This is very frustrating.
