We have tickets open with HyperVM / OpenVZ on this, however, no resolution as of yet.

Basically, ever since the upgrade to CentOS 4.5, SSH is not functioning on the VPS'. Logged into WHM, sshd fails to restart. Rebooting does not work either.

This is getting urgent as well, since some cPanel licenses are being displayed as invalid, and with no SSH access, cPanel can't be restarted to get the new license file.
