Cpanel Password Reset

When someone uses the "password reset" function for their cpanel login, it sends a blank email. Is this a bug that has a fix already for it? If so, please let me know how to correct this. Please provide any information available.

i got same problem here, when i reset the password from /cpanel it shows a blank page.

this link said that it solved by correct the permission on /usr/bin/passwd and solved by upgrading IO:Tty
but it doesn't work for me
also still no luck after running cpan upgrade

any help would by appreciated.
