CPanel and phpBB - need Help!

Hello!
I have a problem with my CPanel. I can't install phpBB and php-chat scripts using CPanel...
It was good working before. Now when I am trying to install phpBB it shows "installation error" - and do not explain anything...
Please help!

/forum is created and all the files seem to be loaded/installed but location is unloadable.
--Page Not Found--

any suggestions?
