cPanel and phpMyAdmin

anyone know why phpMyAdmin would just quit working in cPanel after upgrading to the latest stable version? it works in whm but none of our customers can access it from cPanel all they get is a page that say's this, X-Powered-By: PHP/4.2.3 Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1, that's it nothing else on the page.

phpmyadmin issues

Answer is here.
MySQL 4.1 collations

phpmyadmin developers use UTF-8 encoding by default
You have to convert your databases in Unicode.
