Folks,

I'm starting to use BoxTrapper for some of my clients. I noticed that if I log into cPanel for a domain, and then go to configure BoxTrapper for that client, I'm given the following options:
  • Configure Settings
  • Edit Confirmation Messages
  • Edit White/Black/Ignore List
  • Review Log
  • Review Queue

But... when I have that client log into WebMail and choose BoxTrapper for that email account, it only shows:
  • Configure Settings
  • Edit White/Black/Ignore List
  • Review Log
  • Review Queue

So my (obvious) question is: Where is the Edit Confirmation Messages option? Is there a fix for this? Can someone recommend something or at least add it to a buglist for BoxTrapper?
